Week of March 4, 2017
During the week of March 4th, Avery chose to cook a meal from the country Switzerland. She chose Switzerland because when she was in 3rd grade she had to do a report about that country. While doing the report, she became very interested in the type of food they eat there.
For her dinner she chose to make the Swiss dish called Rösti. After finding a recipe and learning how to cook this meal, Avery realized it's pretty much just hash browns and eggs.

She wanted to make sure the hash browns were in the shape of a square because that's what the recipe said to do.
To finish off the dish, she had to make sunny side up eggs and place them on top of the hash browns.
Finished the meal and it was delicious.
